缩短10 kV开关柜接地线装设时间的研究

    摘 要:为了缩短 10 kV 开关柜接地线装设时间,根据变电站倒闸操作现场实际流程,对现有安全工器具进行了改进并缩短了操作时间。使用关联图对影响操作时间的主要问题进行分析,并对 6 条末端因素逐条分析确认,确定螺旋发力导致导体端难以固定是主要因素,通过借鉴剥线钳弹簧结构,制作新型结构的开关柜接地线,大幅缩短固定导体端时间,从而缩短了 10 kV 开关柜接地线整体装设时间,并在实际操作中得到了验证。

Exploration and Research on Shortening Installation Time of
Ground Wire for 10 kV Switchgear

    Abstract: This research improved the existing safety tools and reduced the operation time according to the actual process of switching operation in the substation to shorten the installation time of the ground wire of the 10 kV switchgear.It used the correlation diagram to analyze prime problems and examine 6 terminal reasons. After analysis, it determined the fundamental reason is that the end of the conductor is difficult to fix because of the spiral force. This study drew lessons from the stripping spring structure and created a new type of ground wire of switchgear. The result shows that the new design significantly shortens the time of fixing the end of the conductor. The practical operation verifies that the improvement could help decrease the installation time of the ground wire of 10 kV switchgear.
