一起1 000 kV弹簧机构隔离开关拒动故障分析与处理

    摘 要:弹簧机构的动作可靠性关乎设备运行安全稳定运行。以某特高压变电站 1 000 kV GIS 弹簧机构隔离开关拒动故障为例,对故障进行排查并分析原因,发现隔离开关 B 相电机在操作前已经损坏,从而导致操动机构及隔离开关拒动。根据故障原因从更换操动机构电机、更换刹车电阻等方面提出针对性解决方案与后期运行维护建议,以期对超特高压隔离开关的运行维护提供参考。

Analysis and Handling of Disconnector Refusal to Move of a
1 000 kV Spring Mechanism

    Abstract: The reliable action of the spring mechanism is vital to the safe and stable operation of the equipment. This paper took the failure of a 1 000 kV GIS of spring mechanism disconnector refusal to move in a UHV substation as an example, investigating and analyzing the cause. It discovered that the B-phase electrical generator of the refusal to move was broke down before the operation. And the broken down caused the disconnector failure. This research proposes solutions and operation and maintenance suggestions, such as changing the motor actuator or changing the braking resistor, and it provides a reference to the operation and maintenance of the UHV spring mechanism disconnector.
