750 kV并联电抗器油色谱异常故障诊断及分析

摘 要: 介绍了一起750 kV 并联电抗器出现油色谱监测数据严重异常的故障,分析了故障产生的原因,利用特征气体、大卫三角和改良“三比值”等油色谱分析手段,结合诊断性电气试验,成功诊断出了该电抗器故障是属于放电性故障,经过吊罩检查分析,电抗器内部放电是由于地脚螺栓松动引起的,给出了应对措施,为故障处理提供了方案。

Fault Diagnosis and Analysis of Abnormal Oil Chromatographic of 750 kV Shunt Reactors

Abstract: Introduction was made to the abnormal oil chromatographic monitoring data fault that happened to 750 kV shunt reactors. This paper analyzed the reasons of the faults, took oil chromatographic analysis methods, such as characteristic gas, Duval’s triangle and improved three-ratio and combined with diagnostic electrical test, to successfully diagnose that the reactor fault belonged to discharging fault. By making inspection and analysis to the hoisting cover, prevention measures have been made to avoid the inner discharge of reactors caused by the looseness of anchor bolts, which provides the solution for faults treatment.
