基于IEC标准的核电厂中压断路器暂态恢复电压研究

摘 要：对比分析了 IEC 标准和 IEEE 标准对断路器耐受暂态恢复电压(TRV)的要求。基于 IEC 62271 标准关于断路器在特定电路中耐受 TRV 的特殊要求，收集某核电厂的厂用变压器、共箱母线等设备参数，利用 IEC 标准中的计算方法得出耐受 TRV 和恢复电压上升速率(RRRV)的理论值(预期值)。通过断路器的 T60 型式试验，验证了 VD4 断路器满足耐受 TRV 的要求。

Research on Transient Recovery Voltage of Middle-Voltage Circuit
Breaker in a Nuclear Power Plant Based on IEC Standard

Abstract: The paper makes comparative analysis of the requirements of circuit breakers tolerant transient recovery voltage (TRV) in IEC standard and IEEE standard. The authors based on the IEC 62271 special requirements of circuit breakers tolerant TRV in special circuits,collect parameters of auxiliary transformers, common enclosure buses and other equipments in a nuclear power plant, and apply the calculation method from IEC standard to get the theoretical values (expected values) of tolerant TRV and transient recovery voltage rising rate (RRRV).It is verified by T60 type test of circuit breakers that the VD4 circuit breaker meets the requirements of tolerant TRV.
