基于压管法的电缆分割导体直流电阻测试方法

    摘 要:针对传统电缆分割导体直流电阻测试方法中测试结果准确度较低、分散性较大的问题,提出一种基于压管法的电缆分割导体直流电阻测试方法。该方法利用液压装置和铜管对电缆分割导体进行紧压定型,可有效减少股块或单线之间导体的接触电阻,提升直流电阻测试结果的准确性。实际测试结果表明,相比于传统方法,因为该方法能有效降低股块和单线之间导体的接触电阻,所以能提升测试结果的准确性,为电缆分割导体直流电阻测试提供了新的思路。

Test Method of Cable Segmental Conductors DC Resistance
Based on Pressure Tube Method

    Abstract: The traditional cable segmental conductor DC resistance test method has disadvantages of low accuracy and large dispersion,so a new test method based on pressure tube method is proposed. It uses hydraulic equipments and copper tubes to compact and shape the cable segmental conductor, which can effectively reduce conductor contact resistance of strands or wires and increase the accuracy of DC resistance test results. The actual experiment shows that this method is able to decrease conductor contact resistance of strands or wires to improve the accuracy of the test results, providing a new idea for DC resistance test of cable segmental conductors.
