一种光伏发电用35kV组合式变压器的设计

摘 要: 结合一例光伏发电站用就地升压变压器的设计,研发了一种光伏发电用35 kV 组合式变压器。给出了产品的外形结构、本体结构的选取和主要元器件的参数,并分析了在电磁计算、器身设计和低压柜设计时的设计要点。对产品的计算值与试验数据进行了对比,结果表明:采用轴向双分裂结构的组合式变压器其空载损耗、负载损耗、穿越阻抗均在偏差范围内,满足工程设计的需要。

Design of a Kind of 35 kV Combined Transformer for Photovoltaic Power

Abstract: Based on an example of in-place step-up transformer in the photovoltaic power station, this paper developed a kind of 35 kV combined transformer for photovoltaic power, giving the outline structure of transformer, the selection of transformer’s body structure and the parameters of main components and analyzing the key design points about electromagnetic calculation, body design and low-voltage switchgear design. The calculated value of the product was compared with the testing data. The results show that the excitation loss, load loss and crossing impedance of composite type transformer adopting axial direction double split structure are in the range of deviation, which meets the requirement of engineering design.
