660 MW发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障检测与处理

    摘 要:转子匝间短路故障是发电机的常见故障之一。某台 660 MW 汽轮发电机在运行状态下的升负荷过程中出现轴振爬升的情况,根据轴振与励磁电流相关性、轴振相位变化、轴振升高时间、密封瓦油温变化、重复脉冲法及转子极间电压法分析,综合判断转子绕组已存在匝间短路故障。经转子返厂解体后,发现 4 号线圈端部拐角处匝间绝缘发生移位现象,采用转子匝间绝缘双层化方式修复后,机组重新投入
正常运行。

Detection and Treatment on a Rotor Winding Inter-Turn Short
Circuit Fault of a 660 MW Generator

    Abstract: The rotor inter-turn short circuit fault is one of the common faults occurring to the generator. The bearing vibration climbing happened to a 660 MW turbo-generator in working state during the process of load increase, so according to the correlation between bearing vibration and excitation current, the phase change and rise time of bearing vibration and the oil temperature change of sealing pads, the paper employed repetitive surge oscilloscope and rotor inter-pole voltage method to judge that the rotor winding has inter-turn short circuit faults.After disassembling the rotor, it found that inter-turn insulation at the corner of the end of the No.4 coil was displaced. Therefore, double-layered the rotor inter-turn insulation was adopted to make the unit put into normal operation again.
