可见光与红外双光谱视频监控小车研制

    摘 要:针对目前换流站视频监控平台和巡视机器人存在监控盲区及无法满足临时性及一对一设备运行状态跟踪监视的不足,研制了一台支持可见光和红外测温双光谱的设备监控小车。该小车能够定点对设备(部件)进行监视和红外测温,具备升降、旋转、实时监视和历史回看等功能,可更加灵活部署至现场对设备运行状态进行跟踪监视。小车采用太阳能板供电,支持 4G/5G、WiFi 等无线和有线以太网等传输方式,并开发了跨平台移动端 App 和后台服务端监控系统。国内某换流站的实际应用表明,该小车在减少运维人员低效率现场查看工作量的同时,能够高效地进行设备状态跟踪监视,提高设备运维工作效率。

Development of a Double-Spectrum Equipment Monitoring Trolley Supporting
Visible Light and Infrared Temperature Measurement

    Abstract: The present video monitoring platform in the converter station and patrol robots have disadvantages such as monitoring blind zone and the inability of temporary or one-to-one monitoring of equipment operation status, so the paper invents a double-spectrum equipment monitoring trolley supporting visible light and infrared temperature measurement.It can monitor equipments (parts) and measure them with infrared ray in a fixed way, and has the functions such as lifting, rotating, real-time monitoring and history reviewing, thereby more flexibly deployed to the site to track and monitor the equipment operation status.This trolley, powered by solar panels, supports wireless and wired Ethernet transmission modes like 4G/5G and WiFi, and develops the cross-platform mobile terminal App and the background service terminal monitoring system. The actual application to a domestic converter station demonstrates that the trolley not only can reduce the workload of on-site inspection for operation and maintenance personnel, but also can efficiently track and monitor the equipment status and improve working efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance.
