一起接地变零序电流保护动作事件分析及预防

    摘 要:以一起某 110 kV 变电站内 10 kV 接地变由于零序电流保护采样的电流互感器错误,造成接地变保护装置动作越级跳闸出口事件为例,分别从后台机报文显示、保护装置动作记录、现场接地变保护装置及回路检查等方面全面分析本次跳闸原因,并提出相应的预防措施,不仅可为变电站小电阻或消弧线圈接地功能回路分析提供参考,而且能够对系统运行的类似隐患防范提供依据。

    Abstract: This paper takes one accident in which a 10 kV grounding transformer in a 110 kV substation due to the error of the current transformer sampled by zero-sequence current protection, resulting in the action of the grounding transformer protection device override trip outlet as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzed the cause of this trip from the aspects of background machine message display,protection device action record, on-site grounding transformer protection device and loop check, and put forward corresponding preventive measures for this event. This paper can not only provide a reference for the analysis of the grounding functional circuit of the small resistance or arc suppression coil in the substation, but also provide a basis for the prevention of similar hidden dangers in the system operation.
