配电变压器标识容量小于真实容量的判断方法

摘 要:针对配电变压器大容量标成小容量问题,对累积的抽检试验数据进行了分析,阐述了配电变压器直流电阻、空载损耗、负载损耗与配电变压器容量的关系,并提出了配电变压器容量错标的综合判断方法。试验结果表明,综合利用直流电阻、空载损耗、负载损耗试验数据可较为可靠地判断配电变压器标示容量是否小于实际容量。

Abstract: For the problem of large capacity distribution transformer marked as a small capacity, this paper analyzed the accumulated sampling test data, described the relationship among DC resistance, no-load loss, load loss and variable capacitor of distribution transformer, and put forward a comprehensive judgment method of distribution wrong-labeled capacity. The test result shows that the comprehensive utilization of DC resistance, no-load loss and load loss test data can more reliably determine whether the distribution transformer capacity labeled is less than the actual capacity.
