基于电机驱动技术的三工位隔离/接地开关操作机构设计

    摘 要: 针对目前高压隔离开关在操作过程中存在的可控性差,难以实现动触头的精准控制,控制回路复杂,分合闸指令需要通过继电器输入,容易出现隔离开关误动的问题,提出了一种集成化、智能化、可强电输入输出、双闭环精准控制的隔离/接地开关电机直驱操作机构。该操作机构根据隔离开关动触头运动曲线,通过对电机电流、速度、位置信号进行采集,运用 SVPWM 电压矢量控制算法,实现对隔离/接地开关运动过程的精准控制。试验结果表明:该操作机构从收到动作信号到动作结束时间短,启动后可在很短时间内达到预设速度,整个动作过程中机构输出稳定、波动小,有效提高了隔离/接地开关的可靠性。

Design of the Operating Mechanism of the Three-Station Disconnecting/
Earthing Switch Based on Motor Drive Technology

    Abstract: In view of the poor controllability of the current high-voltage disconnecting switch in the operation process, it is difficult to realize the precise control of the moving contact, the control loop is complex, and the opening and closing instructions need to be input through the relay, which is prone to the problem of misoperation of the disconnecting/earthing switch. In this paper, an integrated and intelligent,strong electrical input and output, double closed-loop precise control of disconnecting/earthing switch motor drive operating mechanism is proposed. According to the moving contact curve of the disconnecting/earthing switch, the operating mechanism collects the current, speed and position signals of the motor, and uses the SVPWM voltage vector control algorithm to realize the precise control of the movement process of the disconnecting/earthing switch. The test shows that the motor drive operating mechanism has a short time from receiving the action signal to the end of the action, and can reach the preset speed in a very short time after starting, and the output of the mechanism is stable and the fluctuation is small in the whole action process, which effectively improves the reliability of the disconnecting/earthing switch.
