一二次深融柱上开关断口绝缘试验方法研究

    摘 要:断口绝缘试验是一二次深融柱上开关(柱开)的基础试验项目之一。根据试品电容和杂散电容分布拓扑获取机构箱壳体理论电位,开展了机构箱壳体电位和绝缘垫闪络电压测试,并采用改进措施进行断口绝缘测试。结果表明:进线侧加压时,机构箱壳体电位大于出线侧加压工况,印证了断口试验击穿现象;机构箱壳体电位实测值和理论值相近;绝缘垫在点脏污时绝缘性能最差,闪络电压为干净状态的37%;根据绝缘垫厚度和脏污程度调整机构箱放置位置,断口绝缘试验通过。一二次深融柱开断口绝缘试验时,需关注机构箱壳体电位,防止壳体对地放电干扰试验结果。

Research on Test Method of the Fracture Insulation on the Primary and
Secondary Deep Melt Pole-Mounted Switch

    Abstract: The fracture insulation test is one of the basic test items of the primary and secondary deep melt pole-mounted switch (pole opening). In this paper, the theoretical potential of the mechanism box shell is obtained according to the distribution topology of sample capacitance and stray capacitance, and the flashover voltage test of the mechanism box shell and the insulating pad is carried out, and the fracture insulation test is carried out by using improved measures. The results show that, when the inlet side is pressurized, the potential of the casing of the mechanism box shell is greater than that of the outlet side, which confirms the breakdown phenomenon of the fracture test.The measured potential value of the mechanism box shell is similar to the theoretical value. The insulation pad has the worst insulation performance when it is dirty, and the flashover voltage is 37% of the clean state. According to the thickness of the insulation pad and the degree of dirt to adjust the placement position of the mechanism box shell, the fracture insulation test passed. In the fracture insulation test of the of the primary and secondary deep melt pole-mounted switch, it is necessary to pay attention to the potential of the shell of the mechanism box shell to prevent the shell from interfering with the test results by the discharge to the ground.
