不同支撑电源下9F级燃机黑启动方案与技术分析

    摘 要:大型燃机(9F 级)的黑启动技术比较稀缺,现阶段针对大型燃机(9F 级)黑启动的启动电源主要有储能蓄电池和柴油发电机两种。对其基本原理及黑启动容量确定进行了分析,并从响应速度、稳定性、经济性、巡视巡检、可持续性和运行费用等多项指标对两种不同支撑电源下 9F 级大型燃机黑启动建设方案与关键技术进行对比,为 9F 级大型燃机黑启动系统建设、运行和维护提供理论依据。

Scheme and Technical Analysis of Black-Start of Class 9F Gas
Turbine Under Different Support Power Sources

    Abstract: The black-start technology for large gas turbines (class 9F) are relatively scarce. At present, there are mainly two types of starting power sources for black-start of large gas turbines (class 9F):Energy storage batteries and diesel generators. This paper analyzes the basic principle and capacity determination of black-start, and the black-start construction scheme and key technologies of class 9F large gas turbine under two different support power supplies are compared from a number of indicators such as response speed, stability, economy, patrol inspection, sustainability and operating cost, providing a theoretical basis for the construction, operation and maintenance of the black-start system of class 9F large gas turbine.
