变电站智能现场报警装置的研究设计

摘 要: 为保证变电站检修人员及时获取变电站当前运行状态,设计了一种适用不同变电站通信方式下的事故声光报警装置。该装置由基于MCS-51 系列单片机的控制电路模块、DC-DC 电源模块、故障信号采集模块及声光报警模块构成。报警装置可以通过开关量读取或者以太网通信经IEC 60870-5-101 或CDT 规约解析出故障信号。该报警装置已在某220 kV 变电站测试使用,可以可靠反映变电站断路器状态,在故障发生时提醒工作人员停止工作并做出故障处理措施。

Abstract: A kind of accident sound and light alarm device, which is suitable for non-substation communication, was designed in order to ensure that the inspectors in transformer station could timely obtain the current running state. The device consisted of a control circuit module based on MCS-51 microcontroller (MCU), DC-DC power module, fault signal acquisition module and sound and signal alarm module. The alarm device could read the fault signal by means of on-off number or parse the fault signal through Ethernet according to the protocol of IEC 60870-5-101 or central data terminal (CDT). The alarm device has been applied in some 220 kV substation, and could reliably reflect the state of transformer breaker and remind the staff to stop working and to make
troubleshooting measurement.
