超特高压变电站CVT二次全站一点接地隐患分析及改进

摘 要:超特高压变电站电容式电压互感器(CVT)二次中性线不宜采用全站一点接地方式。以特高压南阳站为例,分析了全站一点接地方式下 CVT 自激法介损试验、继电保护校验和 CVT 二次小间隙故障都会对全站 CVT 二次中性线共用回路产生影响,均可能导致运行继电保护装置误告警或误动作。提出 CVT 自激法介损试验使用反极性接入和执行针对性的二次安全措施等防止运行设备出现异常的方法,并给出基于CVT 二次拓扑图和停电时序的二次回路改造方案,建议超特高压变电站 CVT 二次中性线均独立就地接地。

Analysis of Hidden Dangers and Improvement for Secondary Whole-Station
One-Point Grounding of CVT in UHV/EHV Substation

Abstract: The secondary neutral line of capacitive voltage transformer (CVT) in UHV/EHV substation should not adopt substation-wide single-point grounding method. Taking the UHV Nanyang Substation as a case study, this study analyzes the impacts of CVT self-excitation dielectric loss testing, relay protection verification, and CVT secondary small-gap faults on the shared neutral line return circuit of CVT secondaries under the whole-station one-point grounding scheme. These factors may collectively induce false alarms or maloperation of in-service relay protection devices. To address these risks, this study proposes countermeasures to prevent operational abnormalities, including reverse-polarity connection during CVT self-excitation dielectric loss testing and implementation of targeted secondary safety measures.Additionally, a secondary circuit modification scheme is presented, based on CVT secondary topology diagrams and outage sequencing, recommending independent local grounding for the secondary line neutrals of UHV/EHV substation CVT.
