基于TIA Portal和Factory IO的PLC虚拟仿真平台

摘 要:针对可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)控制系统被控对象体积庞大、结构复杂且价格昂贵等因素,在开发调试中存在诸多不便,提出了一种开放性的虚拟仿真平台,平台利用 Factory IO 软件构建工业应用场景,并结合 TIA Portal 软件以及 S7-PLCSIM Advanced 软件的集成仿真功能,实现控制系统的搭建、通信编程和模拟联调。通过虚拟仿真平台搭建的工程实例表明,工程技术人员可以更加高效、灵活地进行控制系统的开发调试工作,且降低了成本并保证了安全,也为高校的实验教学提供了一种新的途径。

PLC Virtual Simulation Platform Based on TIA Portal and Factory IO

Abstract: According to the factors such as the large volume, complex structure, and high cost of the controlled objects in programmable logic controller (PLC) control systems, there are many inconveniences in development and debugging, and an open virtual simulation platform is proposed. The platform utilizes Factory IO software to build industrial application scenarios, and combines TIA Portal software and S7-PLCSIM Advanced software integrated simulation functions to achieve the construction of control systems, communication programming,and simulation joint debugging. The engineering example built through the virtual simulation platform shows that engineering and technical personnel can more efficiently and flexibly develop and debug control systems, reduce costs, and ensure safety, and it also provides a new way for experimental teaching in universities.
