基于和谐用电要求的农村“低电压”问题分析

摘 要:介绍了农村电网低电压的危害及低电压对大众创业环境的影响,分析了低电压产生的原因,提出了有效解决农村低电压问题的组织和管理措施,并就台区变规划、线路改造、平衡三相用电和无功补偿等方面用数据比较进行策略优化,为可靠供电和构建和谐用电环境提供了保证。

Rural "Low-Voltage" Problem Based on Harmonious Power Consumption Demand

Abstract: Introduction was made to the harm of low-voltage in rural power grid and the influence of low-voltage on the public entrepreneurship environment. This paper analyzed the causes of low-voltage, put forward the effective measures of organization and management to solve the problem of low-voltage in rural areas and used the planning of a district transformer, line transformation, the balance of three-phase power consumption, the reactive power compensation and other aspects of data comparison to optimize the strategy, which provides a guarantee for the reliable power supply and the construction of harmonious power consumption environment.
