变电站高压开关柜新型摇把的研制

摘 要:作为对高压开关柜手车操作使用较多的工具,手动摇把在实际使用中存在着摇把种类较多、通用性差以及操作过程中脱把现象。根据力学原理,设计了一种新型摇把,采用弓形结构加吸盘式固定方式,使操作过程中摇把固定牢固、受力均衡,解决了脱把问题;在摇把上加装活动套头,解决了摇把通用性差问题,大大提高了高压开关柜倒闸操作效率。

Abstract: As the tool to frequently operate the high-voltage switch cabinet handcart, the manual crank has some disadvantages existing in actual use, such as too many categories, short of generality and easy taken-off in operational process. According to mechanics principle, this paper designed a kind of new manual crank adopting the arched structure and suction-cup fixed way to fix the crank firmly in operational process and to make it stressed uniformly so as to solve the problem of crank taken-off. The active casing was added to the crank to solve the problem of low generality, which greatly improves the efficiency of high-voltage switch cabinet inverted brake operation.
