基于层次分析法的电力物资供应商分类方法

摘 要:采购价格合理、质量过硬的电力设备,是电力行业物资采购部门的重要任务。从电力物资属性和供应商属性两个维度建立了供应商分类指标体系,引入层次分析法进行权重计算,实现对不同物资类别的供应商进行科学分类。应用实例结果表明,基于层次分析法的电力物资供应商分类方法为电力企业优化采购策略、完善供应商管理体系提供了参考。

Power Materials Suppliers Classification Method Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

Abstract: Purchasing reasonable price and good quality power equipment is an important task of power industry purchase department. Suppliers classification index system was established from the two dimensions of power materials category and suppliers category. Analytic hierarchy process method was introduced to carry out right weight calculation to realize scientific classification for classified suppliers of different materials. The actual application example shows that the suppliers classification method based on analytic hierarchy process has provided references for optimizing purchasing strategy and completing suppliers management system of power enterprise.
