高压开关设备触头温度无线监测装置设计

摘 要: 为解决高压开关设备触头等发热点不易检测,导致温度异常升高而造成严重电力事故的难题,开发了一种利用微功率无线通信技术,对高压开关设备触头温度进行在线监测,并及时进行超温处置与报警的装置。给出了其硬件配置及软件设计流程图,运行结果表明,该装置具有自供电、低功耗、高低压隔离等特点,监测数据可就地显示,也可远传至监控后台,实现远程监测、存储及预警等功能。

Contact Temperature Wireless Monitoring Device Design of High-Voltage Switchgear Equipment

Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problem that the high-voltage switchgear equipment contact etc heated points are not easy to test, to lead to abnormal temperature rise causing serious power accidents, this paper developed a kind of devise using micro-power wireless communication technology to carry out online monitoring for contact temperature of high-voltage switchgear equipment and to disposal over temperature and alarm on time. This paper gave its hardware disposition and software design flow chart. The running result shows that the device is with self-power-supply, low-power consumption, high-voltage and low-voltage isolated etc characteristics. The monitoring data could be displayed on site or transmitted to the background, to realize remote monitoring and testing, storage and pre-alarm etc functions.
