塑壳断路器电动操作机构可靠性试验装置

摘 要: 介绍了一种以工控机为控制核心的塑壳断路器电动操作机构可靠性试验装置,分析了可靠性试验方法,设计了驱动电路和状态监测电路。试验装置能够实时监测电动操作机构和断路器的状态,实现故障自诊断。控制软件基于Visual Basic 6.0 平台并采用模块化设计思想设计,多界面设计便于用户对试验装置的操作。

Abstract: Introduction was made to a kind of electrical operating mechanism reliability test device of molded case circuit breakers with an industrial controller as the control core. Analysis was made to the reliability test method. This paper designed the driving circuit and status monitoring and test circuit. The test device can monitor the status of electrical operating mechanism and circuit breaker in real time, to realize fault self-diagnoses. The control software was based on Visual Basic 6.0 and the modularized idea was adopted for design. It is convenient for users to operate the test device with multi-interface design.
