10 kV配电线路旁路作业电磁暂态过程仿真计算研究

摘 要: 为了给配电线路旁路作业的安全操作提供参考依据,基于10 kV 配电网络线路旁路作业法ATP-EMTP 计算模型,对旁路作业法不同作业方式下的全部操作过程进行电磁暂态仿真计算,分别讨论作业方式、线路长度、投切相角等因素对过电压和过电流的影响。计算结果表明:人工分相操作方式与负荷开关三相同期操作方式下产生的过电压、过电流水平相近,旁路条件下的带负荷断接线路是安全的。同时计算得出作业过程中空载旁路电缆投切操作和空载架空线路退出操作会产生较高幅值的过电压和过电流。这些研究成果为旁路作业法的开展提供技术依据。

Simulative Calculation Research on Bypass Work Electromagnetic Transient Process of 10 kV Distribution Lines

Abstract: In order to provide reference frames for safe operation of distribution lines bypass work, this paper carried out simulative calculation of electromagnetic transient for bypass operation method’s entire process under different operation modes and discussed impacts of work modes, circuit length and switching phase angles etc factors on over-voltage and over-current. The calculation results show that the over-voltage and over-current generated by artificial operation are the same as that of the load switch operation and on-load operating lines under bypass conditions are safe. Meanwhile, the switching operation of no-load bypass cable and the cutoff operation of no-load overhead lines will produce high-amplitude over-voltage and over-current. The research findings provide theoretical foundation for the development of bypass work.
