开关变压器软起动装置在一拖多项目中的应用

摘 要:介绍了开关变压器技术和基于该技术的高压电动机软起动装置,利用可控硅相控调压原理,可有效解决电机无法正常运行的问题,实现一拖多并且能连续起动。通过对一拖五软起动装置实例调试运行情况的分析及与其它降压起动方式的比较,表明该装置具有较高的可靠性和性价比。

Application of Switching Transformer Soft-Starting Device in

Abstract: Introduction was made to switching transformer technology and high-voltage motor soft-starting devices based on the technology. The phase control voltage regulation principle of silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) was used to effectively solve the problem that the motor couldn’t operate normally, to realize one device to control multi-motor and to start consecutively. Analysis of the actual example of one to control five soft-starting devices in debugging operation conditions and comparison with other voltage reduction starting show that the device is with higher reliability and performance price ratio.
