考虑多质量等级电能的发电容量持留

摘 要:将电能成本和用户的需求与电能的质量水平直接联系起来,分析了考虑多质量等级电能时发电商发电容量获利情况,并通过算例进行了验证。结果表明发电商提高或降低电能质量水平出售电能,而不是在用户的目标电能质量水平时出售电能,从而获得更大的经济利益,即实现了质量持留,是容量持留的表现形式之一。

Generation Capacity Withholding in Consideration of Multi-Quality Grade Power

Abstract: Connecting power cost and customers’ demand with power quality level directly, this paper analyzed profit-obtaining situations of power supplier’s generation capacity in consideration of multi-quality grade power. The calculation examples verified that power suppliers sold power according to ups and downs of the power quality level, not according to customers’ target power quality level, thus to obtain more economic benefit, which realized the quality withholding. It is one of indication forms of capacity withholding.
