基于PLC和AD转换的稳流和续流实现

摘要:针对低压电器特性检测的电源需求特点,提出了可编程序控制器PLC配合AD转换实现稳流的一种控制方法,并给出了一种实现续流的设计方案,介绍了该方案的硬件组成、预检调压器动作特性、运行阻抗续流的计算以及预检调压器特性参数方式的优缺点。实际运行情况表明,该方式结构简单、运行稳定,有利于降低成本和易于维护。

Realization of Stabilized Current and Follow Current Based on Programmable Logic Controller and Analog Digital Conversion

Abstract: Considering the requirements of characteristic test of low-voltage electrical apparatus, this paper presented a kind of control method using the programmable logic controller (PLC) and analog digital (AD) conversion module to stabilize current and gave a kind of design plan to realize follow current. Introduction was made to the hardware, operating characteristic of pretest booster, calculation of follow current of operating impedance, and advantages and disadvantages of characteristic parameter mode of pretest booster. Actual operation shows that the method has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, low cost and easy maintenance.
