冲击电流法测试断路器回路电阻的研究

摘 要:提出了一种峰值达1000A以上的冲击大电流检测回路电阻的方法,该方法能够精确地测量断路器的回路电阻。通过实验室的模拟试验,研究了基于超级电容器产生千安级冲击大电流的实现方法,并验证了微欧级小电阻的测量精度,通过EMTP-ATP仿真分析计算可知,均压电容和引线电感对测试的最终结果无影响。

Study on Testing Circuit Breaker Loop Resistance with High Impulse Current Method

Abstract: This paper raised a kind of method with peak value over 1000A high impulse current, which could precisely test loop resistance of circuit breakers. Via simulative tests of lab, study was made on the realization method that the super capacitor generated thousand ampere grade high impulse current and the measurement accuracy of microhm grade small resistor was verified. The simulation calculation of EMTP-ATP shows that the even voltage capacitance and lead inductance have no any impacts on final result of tests.
