摘 要:介绍了目前国内高压永磁断路器常用分、合闸线圈电源的使用方案及控制方法。指出了此种方法的缺陷,设计了一种基于直流屏电源及PWM控制的方案,此方案将国内常用的储能电容使用中存在的缺陷问题予以解决,使得分合闸控制更加平滑,且节省了产品成本。

Permanent Magnet Circuit Breaker Controller Design Based on DC Screen Power and Pulse Width Modulation

Abstract: Introduction was made to the using plan and control method of present domestic high-voltage permanent magnet circuit breaker commonly used for breaking and making coil power. The defects of this method were indicated. A kind of plan was designed based on DC screen power and pulse width modulation (PWM) control. This plan has eliminated the defection in domestic energy storage capacitor in common use, enabling breaking and making control more smooth and saving product cost.
