基于相似性原则的配电网开关机械卡涩试验装置研制

摘 要:以LabVIEW和Matlab为平台,研制了一套配电网开关机械卡涩试验装置,利用振动信号识别开关机械卡涩故障。核心算法为基于相似性原则和小波包分解的综合辨识比向量法。配网开关分、合闸试验数据分析结果与开关实际状态相吻合,表明该装置对于判断配电网开关是否机械卡涩故障具有良好的效果。

Abstract: This paper designed a set of switch mechanical structure fault testing apparatus for distribution system in the environment of LabVIEW and Matlab. The testing apparatus used vibration signal to identify switch mechanical structure fault. The key algorithm was the integrated identification-rate vector method based on wavelet packet decomposition with similarity principle. The simulative analysis result from field distribution switch on/off signals wave is coincided with the actual state, thus the apparatus can offer satisfying effect for judging distribution switch mechanical structure fault.
