组态控制在动热稳定试验装置中的应用

摘 要:利用工控组态王软件与可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)实现动热稳定试验装置的控制。介绍了该试验装置的组成、组态过程、组态软件的运行环境,并通过组态软件与PLC的通信实现对试验电流的自动控制。该试验装置经过实践表明,组态控制具有性能稳定可靠、界面友好、试验参数设定方便、操作简便等优点。

Application of Configuration Control in Dynamic Thermal Stability Test Device

Abstract: The industry-controlled configuration software and programmable logic controller (PLC) were used to realize the control of dynamic thermal stability test device. Introduction was made to the composition of test device, the configuration process, the operating environment of configuration software. The communication between configuration software and PLC was utilized to realize automatic control of testing current. Practice shows that this device is user-friendly and its test parameters are also easy to set. It is a kind of easily-operated test device because of its stable and reliable configuration control.
