混沌粒子群优化算法在配电网无功优化中的应用

摘 要:针对电力系统无功优化的特点,提出了一种基于传统粒子群优化(PSO) 算法的改进型智能算法——混沌粒子群优化(CPSO) 算法。CPSO 算法采用混沌初始化进行改善个体质量和利用混沌扰动避免搜索过程陷入局部极值,利用该算法分别对IEEE14 和IEEE30 节点系统进行仿真测试。仿真结果表明,CPSO 算法相对于PSO 算法,优化效果理想,收敛速度快。

Application of Chaotic Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm in Power Distribution Network Reactive Optimization

Abstract: Aiming at features of power system reactive optimization, this paper raised an improved intelligent type algorithm based on traditional particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, chaotic particle swarm optimization (CPSO) algorithm. The CPSO algorithm adopted chaotic initialization to carry out improving individual quality, using chaotic disturbance to avoid getting into local extremum in searching process. The algorithm was used to carry out simulation tests respectively for IEEE 14 and IEEE30 node systems. Simulation result shows that compared with the PSO algorithm, the CPSO algorithm has ideal optimization effect with fast convergence.
