主变近区短路后的电气试验分析与诊断

摘 要:220 kV 变电站10 kV 出线电流互感器CT 突然发生三相短路,主变受到短路电流冲击,停运后通过常规试验绝缘电阻、直流电阻及气体色谱分析,并结合绕组变形频响分析方法进行综合分析,准确地判断了变压器低压绕组B 相存在轻微变形的故障性质,为变压器是否重新投入运行或及时退出运行提供了重要参考。

Analysis and Diagnosis of Main Transformer near Zone Electrical Short Circuit Test

Abstract: Three-phase short circuit suddenly happened in 10 kV outlet line current transformer (CT) of 220 kV substation. The shortcircuit current had impacts on the main transformer, so the main transformer stopped operation to be carried out test inspection. Analysis was made to routine experiments of insulation resistance, direct current resistance and gas chromatographic. Combined with the analysis method of winding deformation frequency response, this paper analyzed various data to correctly judge the faults property at B-phase of the main transformer, which could be used to guide whether the transformer should come on the line or not.
