中国特色智能电网建设面临的问题及对策

摘 要: 介绍了智能电网的内涵、特征和国内外智能电网的发展情况。阐述了发展有中国特色的智能电网面临的一些主要问题,并就这些问题给出了具体对策。指出建设智能电网的关键包括:海量数据分析和处理技术、智能电网调度和控制技术、智能电网信息安全问题、协调和自适应控制等。根据国情,中国智能电网的发展重点应放在输电网上,尤其是特高压输电网。

Issues and Countermeasures of Smart Grid Construction with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract: Introduction was made to the connotation and characteristics of smart grid, as well as the development situation of smart grid at home and abroad. This paper expatiated on the major issues China faced in the process of smart grid development with Chinese characteristics and gave specific strategies on these issues. The key of smart grid construction included magnanimity data analysis and process technology, scheduling and control technology of smart grid, information safety problem of smart grid and coordination and self-adaptive control. According to the situation in China, the power transmission network, especially the ultra high voltage transmission network, should be the important development trend of China smart grid.
