一种基于IGBT的快速双电源切换开关的研究

摘 要:介绍了一种基于绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT) 的快速双电源切换开关,阐述了其工作原理、开关单元本体的结构及切换过程,利用Matlab 软件搭建了仿真模型,研制了220 V低压样机并进行了实验。仿真及实验结果表明,该切换开关具有快速性、暂态稳定性优点,实际切换时间在4 ms之内,能够满足敏感和关键负载对供电可靠性、连续性的苛刻要求。

Study of a Kind of Quick Double Power Diverter Switch Based on Insulated Gate Bipolar Translator

Abstract: Introduction was made to a kind of quick double power supply diverter switch based on insulated grid bipolar transistor (IGBT).Description was made to its working principle, structure of switch unit body and switching process. Matlab software was used to build the simulation model. The 220 V low-voltage sample machine was developed, the experiment carried out. Simulative and experimental results show that the diverter switch is with swiftness and transient stability, within 4ms for actual switching time, being able to meet harsh requirement of sensitivity and key load for power supply reliability and continuity.
