特殊工作条件对塑壳断路器性能的影响

摘 要:针对标准型断路器应用于非正常工作条件下的问题,以热磁式塑壳断路器为例,分析了直流电路、频率及海拔高度变化对断路器性能的影响,并给出了在设计和使用过程中针对断路器温升、短路分析能力、脱扣动作特性等性能可能发生的变化所采取的应对措施,确保了标准型断路器在非正常工作条件下运行的可靠性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of standard circuit breaker applying in abnormal working conditions, this paper took the thermal magnetic moulded case circuit breaker as an example to analyze the impacts from DC circuit, frequency and change of high above sea level on the circuit breaker performance, giving countermeasures to be taken in design and application process aiming at circuit breaker temperature rise, short circuit analysis ability and tripping action characteristics etc possible performance changes, which ensures the operation reliability of standard circuit breakers under abnormal working conditions.
