基于聚类网络的IT系统绝缘故障检测研究

摘 要:介绍了一种新型港口船舶岸电系统,分析了配出中性导体的IT系统绝缘监测方法,结合基于直流信号注入的系统绝缘电阻测量方法,提出了运用自组织特征映射网络(SOM)对系统监测数据进行融合并判断系统故障类型的方法。通过试验系统实测数据仿真和工程应用,证明SOM网络在IT系统绝缘故障监测中应用的可行性。

Abstract: Introduction was made to a new type port coastal power system for the ships and analysis was made to IT system insulation monitoring method of neutral conductor. Combined with the system insulation resistance measurement method based on the DC signal injection, this paper raised the method that carried out merging and judgment to the system monitoring data by applying selforganizing mapping network (SOM). Actually measured data simulation and engineering application of the test system proves the feasibility of application of SOM network insulation fault monitoring method in IT system.
