一台变压器铁芯多点接地故障的处理

摘 要:介绍了一台主变压器的故障实例,分析油色谱跟踪数据,采用各种判断方法认为变压器有发生铁芯多点接地故障的可能,经停运检查证实了色谱分析结论。根据现场条件采用铁芯加压法来处理故障,交流耐压试验表明铁芯多点接地故障已消除,结合故障处理过程,给出了确保变压器正常运行的预防措施。

Abstract: Introduction was made to a fault actual example of a set of main transformer. This paper analyzed oil spectrum tracking data and adopted a variety of judgement methods to consider that there was possible of transformer with multiple spots grounding fault taking place, and tieup examination proved spectrum analysis conclusion. According to site conditions, an iron core pressure adding method was adopted to have trouble shooting. The AC withstanding voltage test shows that the iron core multiple spots grounding faults have been shoot out. Combined with trouble shooting process, this paper gave the prevention measures to ensure normal transformer operation.
