电磁式剩余电流动作断路器失效分析

摘 要: 基于国家标准中对剩余电流动作断路器(RCCB) 的可靠性规定,对RCCB 进行气候试验、寿命试验、防尘试验。通过试验验证对试验中的失效RCCB 进行失效机理分析,研究RCCB 在使用中的各种失效原因,并提出解决方案。结果表明:通过操作机构的尺寸计算书,验证了公差配合的重要性及合理性;通过对电磁脱扣器(EMR) 的脱扣特性分析,验证了RCCB 存在第一次动作电流偏大现象。

Failure Analysis of Electromagnetic Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker

Abstract: With reference to the relevant provisions of residual current operated circuit breakers (RCCB) in the national standard, climate test, life test and dustproof on RCCB were carried out. Analysis was made to the failure mechanism in the RCCB trial. Various RCCB failure reasons in use were researched and the corresponding solution was put forward. The result shows that the size calculation sheet of the operating mechanism verifies the importance of tolerance fitting and rationality and the tripping characteristics analysis of electromagnetic release (EMR) verifies that the first action current is larger in RCCB.
