500 kV户外GIS安装及质量控制

摘 要:介绍了某新建变电工程中500 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)安装施工方案,给出了GIS安装施工条件、安装流程及关键工序,并制定了相关质量保证措施,结果表明该方案有效保证了工程安装任务的顺利实施,保障了GIS的安全运行和使用寿命,为同类型GIS设备安装提供了参考。

500 kV Outdoor Gas Insulation Metal-Enclosed Switchgear Installation and Quality Control

Abstract: Introduction was made to the 500 kV gas insulation metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) installation construction plan in a certain newly built transformation project. This paper gave GIS installation construction conditions, installation flow and key process, and related quality measures were made. The result shows that the plan effectively ensures the implement of project installation task smoothly and guarantees safety operation and use life of the GIS, which provides reference for the same type GIS installation.
