GIS焊接技术及焊接接头失效案例分析

摘 要: 气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS) 的外壳、支座和母线一般采用铝及铝合金材料焊接成型及相互连接,焊缝开裂相关的缺陷和故障会直接影响电网的安全稳定运行和工程按期投运。论述了GIS 的外壳、支座及导体的焊接技术,并结合GIS 外壳焊缝开裂、支座焊缝开裂和导体焊缝断裂三种典型焊接缺陷和故障案例进行了原因分析,提出焊接接头结构设计不合理、对材料的焊接性分析不足、焊接工艺执行不严是GIS 焊接接头失效的三个主要原因。

Welding Technology and Case Study of Welding Joint Failure on Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Abstract: Generally, the tanks, supports and buses of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) were welded using aluminum and aluminum alloy. Welding defects and faults, such as weld cracking, will directly affect the security and stable operation of the power grid and projects being put into operation on schedule. This paper briefly described the tanks, supports and the welding technology on GIS, combining with three typical weld cracking cases and its reasons analysis. The unreasonable design of welded joint structure, insufficient analysis of weld ability, lax execution of welding process are three main reasons for the failure of welded joints on GIS.
