基于双单片机的永磁真空断路器在线监测与控制系统

摘 要: 设计了一种永磁真空断路器在线监测与控制系统,该系统采用分布式结构,以两片STC12C5A32S2 单片机为核心,外扩触摸屏、RS485 通信、RS232 通信等接口,实现断路器动作控制、母线电压电流测量、触头位移测量、电容电压测量、放电电流监测等功能;上位机监测软件采用MFC软件开发,通过串口与下位机进行数据通信和远程控制。试验结果表明该系统具有较高的稳定性。

Online Monitoring and Control System of Permanent Magnetic Vacuum Circuit Breaker Based on Dual Microcontroller

Abstract: This paper designed an online monitoring and control system of permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker based on dual microcontroller (MCU). This system adopted the distributed architecture and the hardware system took two chips of microcontroller,STC12C5A32S2 as its core, extending the touch screen, RS485 and RS232 as communication interface, to realize circuit breakers action control and measurement of bus bar voltage and current, contact displacement, capacitance voltage, discharging current etc functions. The PC monitoring software was designed with Microsoft foundation class (MFC) software and the system communicated with the MCU through the serial port to realize remote control. The experimental results show that the system has upper stability.
