大规模集中并网风电场电能质量测试及标准研究

    摘 要:介绍了大规模集中并网的风电场电能质量现场测试与相关标准,分析了Q/GDW 630—2011《风电场功率调节能力和电能质量测试规程》在风电场功率调节能力和电能质量测试过程中的执行情况。针对常用测试设备在数据处理方面的弊端,设计了一种风电场电能质量测试数据自动分析系统,给出了总体设计流程,并进行了案例测试,结果表明,在满足测试要求的条件下,该软件有效提升了现场测试工作效率和测试数据分析的质量。

Research of Wind Power Quality Test and Standard for
Large-Scale Intensive Grid

      Abstract: Introduction was made to the site test and relevant standard of wind power quality for large-scale intensive grid. Analysis was made to the executive condition of enterprise standard, “wind power control and power quality test procedures” (Q/GDW630—2011 ) in the test process of wind power regulation ability and power quality. In allusion to the malpractice of commonly used test equipment in data processing, this paper designed a
kind of wind power quality test data auto-analysis system, giving the overall design flow and carrying out the case test. The results show that under the condition meeting test requirement, this software effectively promotes the work efficiency of site test and the quality of test data analysis.
