Cognex表面检测系统在硅钢酸轧线中的改造应用

    摘 要:介绍了Cognex 表面检测系统的基本原理、构成和在硅钢酸轧线中的应用情况。对其在运行过程中出现的四类问题加以分析说明,并从中找到合适的解决方案对其进行了改造。结果表明:该改造方案能够使检测光源亮度波形明显好转,降低了设备维护难度及减少了机组停机时间,保证了钢带产品的生产质量。

Transform and Application of Cognex Surface Detection

    Abstract: Introduction was made to the fundamental principle, composition of Cognex surface detection system for the PL-TCM of Silicon, this paper analyzed various problems and failures arising in the operational process and found out the right solution to tackle the problems of their transformation. The results show that the modification scheme could make the detection light source luminance waveform come a long way and reduce the difficulty of equipment maintenance and the time of unit machine halt, which guarantees the production quality of steel belt.
