两起同型号消弧线圈故障原因分析与处理

    摘 要:介绍了XHDCZ 型消弧线圈的结构及工作原理,阐述了两起XHDCZ 型消弧线圈故障发生的经过、现场处理方法,并分析了故障产生的原因。针对XHDCZ 型消弧线圈运行中存在的问题,提出了应对措施,即在设备投运时把好设备验收关,产品应严格安装到位,且阻尼电阻及其控制回路的改进依然是消弧线圈接地系统的重点。

    Abstract: Introduction was made to the structure and working principle of XHDCZ type arc-suppression coil. This paper expounded two cases of XHDCZ type arc-suppression coil faults, the site disposal method and the cause the fault occurring. Aiming at the problems existing in arc-suppression coil running, this paper presented some countermeasures, which means to guide a pass better when the equipment is checked and accepted. The products should be strictly installed and the improvement of damping resistance and its control circuit is still the key point of arcsuppression coil grounding system.
