声发射技术在GIS气体泄漏检测中的应用

    摘 要:气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS) 中SF6气体泄漏会在泄漏点形成气体湍流,产生超声波,根据这一特性,提出一种新的带电检测方法——声发射技术,该方法通过检测超声波信号,能够在带电的情况下,快速、准确对泄漏点进行定位。对其可行性进行了理论分析,并通过现场实验验证了其有效性。该方法为GIS 气体泄漏检测提供了更加快捷实效的途径。

Application of Acoustic Emission Technology in Gas Leakage Detection for Gas Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

    Abstract: Once the gas SF6 in the gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) leaks, the gas turbulence will form and the ultrasonic will produce. According to this feature, this paper proposed a new kind of on-line detection way—acoustic emission technique. This method could rapidly and accurately locate the point of leakage for on-line equipment by detecting the ultrasonic signal. This paper carried out theoretical analysis for its feasibility and verified its effectiveness through the experiment. This method provides a more efficient and effective way for gas leakage detection of GIS.
