弹簧触指在隔离开关中的应用研究

    摘 要:以ZF27-800 气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS) 产品为例,介绍了弹簧触指在隔离开关中的应用情况,构建了弹簧触指数学模型,进行了仿真分析,并通过摩擦力、机械寿命、温升试验等试验项目,对弹簧触指在隔离开关中的使用性能进行了验证,结果表明:采用弹簧触指的产品比采用梅花触指等传统结构的产品性能更加优越,使用寿命显著提升。

Application Rresearch on Spring Contacts in Disconnectors

    Abstract: Taking the product GIS ZF27-800 for example, this paper introduced the application situation of spring contacts in disconnectors and built the spring contacts mathematical model to carry out simulation analysis. Through friction force, mechanical life, temperature rise test, the usability of spring contacts in disconnectors was verified. The results show that the disconnector using the spring contacts has more superior performance and longer service life than those using the traditional plum and strap contacts.
