变压器油纸绝缘回复电压自动采集系统及试验研究

    摘 要:回复电压法(RVM) 是一种无损的评估变压器油纸绝缘状态的方法。基于回复电压测量原理,利用可编程控制的6517B 静电仪,在VB 软件开发平台下,研制了一套回复电压采集系统。该系统能够自动地测量不同充电时间的回复电压,绘制出回复电压极化谱并对其特征量进行提取。对该系统的性能进行实验测试并分析了不同实验因素对极化谱的影响,结果表明,该系统准确测量出回复电压,并获得了残余电荷最佳消除时间K 30 放电裕度。

Automatic Acquisition System of Return Voltage for Transformer
Oil Paper Insulation and Experimental Study

    Abstract: The return voltage method is a kind of lossless method to evaluate transformer oil paper insulation state. According to the principle of return voltage measurement, based on the programmable control 6517B electrometer and the VB software development platform, this paper designed a set of return voltage acquisition system, which could automatically measure the return voltage of different charging time, drew the return voltage polarization spectrum and extract the characteristic quantity. The performance of the system was tested and this paper analyzed the influence of different experimental factors on the polarization spectrum. The results show that this system can be used to measure the return voltage
and obtain the discharging margin K30, the best eliminating time of remnant charges.
