一台检修变压器无励磁分接开关问题的分析与处理

    摘 要:介绍了一台110 kV 主变在工厂化检修过程中无励磁分接开关出现的问题,通过对该变压器无励磁分接开关电气原理图的理论分析,并结合国内变压器和无励磁分接开关制造技术的发展历程,判定故障问题发生的根源在于实物与原理图的不统一,进而得出了该案例的处理方案,该案例的分析与处理过程对电力变压器的工厂化检修具有参考意义。

Analysis and Treatment of Off-Circuit Tap-Changer for a
Transformer in Maintenance

    Abstract: Introduction was made to the problem of the off-circuit tap-changer for a 110 kV main transformer in the factory overhaul process.
By theoretically analyzing the electrical principle diagram of the transformer off-circuit tap-changer, combining with the development history of domestic transformer and off-circuit tap-changer manufacturing technology, this paper judged that the malfunction problem was caused by the disunity between the entity and the schematic diagram, so as to obtain the processing scheme of this case. The case analysis and treating processes provide references for factory overhaul of power transformer.
