一起由于电厂调速系统造成电网低频振荡的案例分析

摘 要:介绍了一起由于电厂一次调频存在问题导致电网出现振荡的振荡扰动源定位及分析案例。通过PSASP仿真程序判断振荡的类型,利用支路能量割集法和基于WAMS的机组机械功率与电气功率波动相位关系法对扰动源进行精准定位,进一步分析研究实现机组控制系统级振荡源的定位。经实例证明,对电力系统分析定位类似事故提供了依据及方法。

A Case Study on Grid Low Frequency Oscillation Caused by Speed Control System of Power Station

Abstract:Introduction was made to a case of location and analysis of low frequency oscillation source which caused by the primary frequency compensation problem of power station. PSASP simulation programs were used to judge the oscillation types and to extractly locate the oscillation sources by the subcircuit energy cutset and the phase relationship between mechanical power and electric power based on WAMS. This paper further analyzed the location of the oscillation source of unit control system and the system realized the localization. Actual examples show that this method has great guiding significance for the power system to solve similar accidents.
