110 kV扩大内桥接线的备自投策略优化研究

    摘 要:针对一次接线为扩大内桥形式的变电站在分期建设过程中,前期断路器配置不完整的情况,提出了基于原有备自投方式的适应性强的改进方法。设置了允许有主变停运的特殊方式,保证在特殊情形下的供电可靠性,并针对小电源接入后对备自投启动条件的影响,提出了频率变化启动和位置不对应启动的快速启动策略,加速了备自投的动作过程,提升了快速恢复供电的能力。

Research on Strategy Optimization of Spare Power Automatic
Switching for 110 kV Expanded Inner-Bridging Line

    Abstract: Aiming at the situation that the earlier stage circuit breakers were configured incompletely in stage construction process of transformer
substations with expanded inner-bridging line as primary connection, this paper proposed the adaptable improved method based on the
original spare power automatic switching mode. The special mode was set to allow the main transformer outage to ensure the power distribution
reliability under special conditions. In allusion to impacts of small power source connection on the starting condition of spare power automatic
switching, this paper raised the quick start strategy of frequency change starting and location non-correspondence starting, which speeds up the
action process of spare power automatic switching and promotes the capacity of quick power recovery.
