继电保护装置遥控遥信联调系统的研发与应用

    摘 要:提出一种新颖的变电站继电保护装置遥控遥信联调方法,介绍了其工作机理。即以运行中的继电保护装置码表( 含软报文、压板和定值等所有信息) 为标准基础数据库,开发一套继电保护装置遥控遥信联调软硬件系统,来替代运行中的继电保护装置与远方主站进行遥控遥信联调。实际运行表明,该方法无需将继电保护装置退出运行,无需将一次设备停电即可完成遥控遥信联调目的,正确率可达100%,时间节约率达90% 以上。

Research and Development of Remote Control and Remote
Signal on Relay Protection Device

    Abstract: This paper proposed a new kind of remote control and remote signal joint debugging method of relay protection device in substation. Introduction was made to its working mechanism. The stopwatch of operating relay protection device including messages, pressing plate and constant value etc information was taken as the standard foundation database to develop a set of remote control and remote signal joint debugging software and hardware system for relay protection device to replace the operating relay protection device and to carry out remote control and remote signal joint debugging with the remote master station. The actual operation shows that this method has no need to exit the operating relay protection device and has no need to cut the primary equipment off to finish remote control and remote signal joint. The accuracy is up to 100 percent and the time saving rate reaches above 90 percent.
